It has been shown contains a significant amount vitamins C, B2, E, β-carotene. organic acids, phenolic compounds carbohydrates indicating release time values chromatogram profiles. antioxidant activity original sample ranges from 37.7 47.4%, depending on extractant, heat treatment reduces 5.8-6.7%. conducted studies allow us consider plant ingredient nutrient mixture.
